Roof & Ceiling Replacement plus misc.

The discovery of a leak in our kitchen ceiling was a frightening and worrisome experience. A knee-jerk reaction to get it fixed immediately was our first response. Fortunately, we took the time necessary to obtain estimates from 7 local roofing contractors. The selection of one of these contractors became a very easy choice when we met with Sammy Biggs, owner of Correct Roofing and Construction, Inc. His experience and knowledge of this business, from the construction aspect to the necessary meetings with Insurance Adjusters, Agents, and companies, was extensive and unparalleled. He has the ability to write the “xactimate” (the insurance scope of work) for insurance companies in almost all cases and has done so frequently. 

Correct Roofing obtained all necessary permits, installed top-tier ice and water shields throughout and detached and reset all gutters to complete the upgrade to our home to the latest building codes. They replaced all metal vents, exhaust caps, pipe jacks, and a solar roof fan. Also, they detached and reset 5 solar reflective tubes and added many additional gutter straps. Top-of-the-line shingles were installed for best wind and weather protection. Mobile trailers were used to haul away all debris each day, so we had no dumpster in our driveway. When the crew had completed the roofing, their clean-up was thorough and exceptional. 

Upon completion, my wife and I were then feeling a very gratified “peace of mind” as to our complete protection of the very most important part of our home, our roof! To complement that feeling, I found two separate newspaper articles, each stating that we would recoup 71.7% and 1 05% of our investment in roofing, respectively. 

We were given a document for a limited lifetime manufacturer warranty covering all roofing materials that were installed. Also, we received a six-year guarantee on all workmanship, both that can be transferable upon resale. 

Finally, I would definitely recommend Correct Roofing and Construction, Inc. for any roofing issues, replacements, or otherwise, to all my family and friends!
